Going long on the weekends by yourself can be challenging. Fleet Feet Sports can help!
Fleet Feet Sports' staff lead a friendly group of runners & walkers of all abilities on an out-and-back course so that you can go as short or as long as you like. Runs are open to all abilities and participants are encouraged to bring a friend of like ability to ensure partnering within different paces. In addition, Fleet Feet Sports staff members will offer suggestions on mileage progression in preparation for local races such as the Shamrock'n Half Marathon.
